Terry Fahy, brother of Gerard, is the producer of Tara. In 1989 it was he who had the foresight and vision to write the story of Tara and combine it with Gerard’s music.

Terry like all his family, won many All Ireland titles. He specialised in Sean-Nos singing, bodhran and banjo playing. He toured the UK, USA, Singapore, Australia and Hawaii with the show “A Taste of Ireland.”

Most recently Terry has worked closely with Peter Sheridan in editing and revising the script.


Chris is Production Manager for Tara. Having played music from an early age, he has toured the world extensively playing guitar with various groups inlcuding Reeltime and Furry Village. He has played with the Frankie Gavin quartet, Martin O'Connor's band, Harmonica Supremos, Larry Adler, Brendan Power and flute wizard Nial Keegan.

In the mid-90's he joined the phenomenally successful show Riverdance as Sales Manager. His territories included all of Europe, Japan and the Far East, Australia and New Zealand.

In February 2003, he took up the role of Production Manager with Tara and currently plays guitar with Furry Village.
